(1) The Council may so appoint employees in the required number for the operation of its business that they are provided with salary, allowances and other facilities from its financial source.
(2) The employees appointed pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be under  supervision and control of the registrar.
(3) The terms and conditions of service and facilities of the employees appointed pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed in the Bye-law.
